[ENG] Inspired by the satirical horror film The Substance, “Pretty Girls Should Always Smile” marks Lovedrop’s second step in their new sonic chapter. Blending heavy riffing, harsh vocals and electronic elements, the track explores a darker direction rooted in modern metalcore with cinematic tension. With influences from Bring Me The Horizon, Bad Omens, Falling In Reverse and Ice Nine Kills, Lovedrop position themselves as a new core act within the emerging alternative scene.

La nuova traccia miscela riff più pesanti, vocalità distorte ed elementi elettronici esplorando una direzione più pesante con radici nel metalcore moderno accompagnato da una tensione di stampo cinematico. Grazie a influenze da Bring Me The Horizon, Bad Omens, Falling In Reverse e Ice Nine Kills, i Lovedrop si presentano come il nuovo atto core nella scena alternative emergente.

Lovedrop is an Pop Punk/ Post Hardcore project born in Italy in 2022. The first album Hit Me Back came out in 2024 featuring the singles: Six Feet Underground, We Got No Friends with Jessie Williams (Ankor) and Stuck In My Head. The very essence of Lovedrop is their ability to feel connected to their music and getting dragged into the powerful emotions that is conveys. The latest single ” (0H) MY FKN H3ART” released on the 06.03.26, marked a new direction for the band with a post hardcore and metalcore inspired vibe.
I Lovedrop sono un progetto Pop Punk/Post Hardcore nato in Italia nel 2022.
